In June of 2009, my husband Stan's family and I had the delightful adventure of an Alaskan cruise, aboard Holland America's ms Zaandam. The occasion of the cruise was the 50th wedding anniversary of Stan's sister, Sally and her husband, Ralph. Included were Sally and Ralph, their daughter Susan, their cousin Sunshine and Stan and I (Sandy).

Untold thanks to Sally and Ralph for including us on this delightful adventure! And to Suz and Sunshine for being such wonderful company.

We traveled to Seattle and enjoyed a lovely sunshiny afternoon and morning there before embarking on the Zaandam. During the cruise, we had a full day at sea and then visited Juneau, Glacier Bay, Sitka, Ketchikan and Victoria, BC. Click on the links in the far left column to see photos of our journey.
